"We bought a Neo wood burning fireplace insert from Luna Chimney Sweeps about 1 year after moving into our new home. Of all of the projects and changes we made to our home, this was the best purchase of all. We love sitting by the fire and the warmth (both physical and emotional) it adds to our home, and our heating oil use down 60% meaning this will pay for itself in less than 2 years. Luna has been great - they have the best selection of inserts (both classic and contemporary styles) and provide great service with the install and subsequent servicing. Ed, the owner, and his team, are highly knowledgeable and very responsive to questions. I highly recommend buying an insert from Luna"

"The furnace vent weather guard blew off during the storm. I called Luna and was able to get an appointment quickly. John came out and went on the roof, took measurements and ordered a stainless steel replacement for me (old one was cheap aluminum). John came back and installed it within a week. Professional team. Thank you"

"I just wanted to give a shout out to Luna Chimney Sweeps and Hearth Products . They installed our new wood burning stove today and were absolutely fantastic. Ed, the owner, is kind and understanding and incredibly patient with my endless questions. Most importantly his staff including Jane at the office are just fantastic. I would recommend Ed and his crew every day. A truly honest stand up guy. If you need a sweep or a new stove call Luna. He will do it and do it right."

"We’ve had our chimney inspected by Luna Services for several years. Chimneys are one of those troubled areas for your average consumer. They can easily sell you a bill of goods because you know deep down that if you ignore their suggestions, your house might just burn down. But our chimney was always fine. Never needed anything beyond the annual cleaning, so I came to trust Ed, the owner of this small family business, very implicitly. Furthermore he is a nice man, personable, knowledgeable and wants to help you become knowledgeable as well. Which I appreciate._But recently when we moved to a new house, we found ourselves with an old chimney crumbling on the inside, in need of a liner in order to facilitate safe operation of our fireplace and boiler. It was a sizable job. But, by no fault of Ed and his team, the job was an extremely troublesome one. When they removed the old ceramic tiles that lined the chimney, it became apparent that behind them was a layer of loose stone and debris that fell out and clogged the chimney in various locations up and down the 3-story chimney, presenting a multitude of dilemmas. Long story short, they found ways to solve all the problems. A one day job became 3 days. 3 really really long hard days. But Ed and his team just worked through it all and maintained an admirable attitude the entire time. I was so impressed._I was similarly impressed when it came time to settle our bill. Despite the tripling of the scope of the project, they still provided a fair price, honoring the range of his original estimate before the job began. We were very grateful._When all was said and done and they left, I went to the furnace room, the base of their operations, which had been inundated with rubble and dust and debris and soot, and was astonished to see that it was so clean, I could’ve eaten off the floor. I didn’t, but I could have. It really capped off a great experience with the great team at Luna._Luna Services is the best in the business as far as I’m concerned and I give them my very highest recommendation."
